This old lady is waddling around the lobby with a couple canes, with who I presume is her son . They are making food & she "discovers finally" the plastic knives (found oddly enough by where the breakfast bread products will be in the morning). She is sitting & mowing down some various food items and staring directly at the pool/hot tub area in the pool (viewable by the lobby).

The guests had been chatting with each other so I had just started to not notice them when...

SC: (is saying something, I am not listening because she is speaking in her normal voice & across a bit of the lobby away from me)
Me: ...(doing paperwork)
SC: excuse me...
Me: ....
SC: excuse me, mam???
Me: (finally look up) Oh I am sorry I didn't realize...(interrupt)
SC: There are children in the pool.
Me: Oh, I am sorry. I did you want to use it, I sometimes let children swim a bit longer if...(interruption)
SC: Are they your children? (When the hell did I say or even hint at that?)
Me: No...those are not my children....
SC: Well, there are children playing with those dials on the wall!!!!
Me: Oh, that is okay those are for the jets to make bubbl...(interruption)
SC: Oh, those are just for the jets. I see. Okay.
