Everyone was cranky because it was the end of the month, and darn near hysterical. I wasted 15 minutes with one lady because she just HAD to check her oil, right there, right now (or her car might do something- I dunno what) and couldn't find the dipstick, and she expected me to know where it was, so I asked her to look through her owner's manual-which she did, SLOWWWW-LY. Meanstwhile cars are piling up and people are getting less and less patient, and the number of good nerves I have are going down one-by-one-by...one
