    This could technically go in the unsupportable forum, but really, this wasn't so much a technical issue as a STFU issue. That said...

    Me - Wishes he wasn't at work today.
    SC - Gabby McDoesntshutup.

    Me: "X Company level 3, this is Sage speaking."
    SC: *talking a mile a minute* "Yes we're having a problem with our phone. It keeps cutting in and out and sometimes there's bad quality and often we can't make or receive calls and-"
    Me: "Okay, okay...what's the phone number?"
    SC: "Uh, uh...it's...uh...x...x...oh...what is it? I don't know, I never use it! Hang on...x...x...x...xx...xxxx."
    Me: (Did she...just use 11 numbers?) "Errm...sorry, what was the whole thing again?"
    SC: "Well, we're having a problem with calls cutting in and out-"
    Me: "No, no, I meant-"
    SC: "-and sometimes there's bad-"
    Me: "Right, I got that. I meant, what's the whole number again?"
    SC: "...well, the problem isn't with the number!"
    Me:

    Really? I mean...I...really? Fortunately I was able to schedule her a tech pretty quickly with few other annoyances, but jeez.

      "I need to activate my license because blah blah blah and I got an error message and blar blar blar..."

      "OK. What license are you trying to activate?" [So I can look it up and you know, help you.]

      "Uuuuuuum...I don't know how to find it, I think it started with a G, but my sister told me I needed to call you and get a number and blah blah blar de blah."

        I sadly am forced to admit I am one of those annoying people that never shuts up. Mainly it's cause I want to make sure my cell phone didn't drop the call on the tech that I then have to call back and such.

        In person though I don't really say anything unless people are chatting with me. I'm weird.
