    This owner who has 4 different properties he rents through us also does his own marketing. He is on at least 25 different websites and each website has a promotion code and a package number furthermore each website has different rates for different times and when the customer calls, sometimes they give us the wrong package or promotion code because the owner lists all the package and promotion codes on every site so the customer doesnt know which one to give us so it's almost always wrong. When that happens, we misqoute the customer who gets pissed and thinks we are pulling a bait and switch. To make things even more complicated, the promo code and package number must match because we send reports to the owner and they have to be able to see which websites have generated the most traffic. We have to put in a seperate note, which website the guest saw the listing on so you may be wondering why we cant just give the owner a list of the websites. No, he says it's easier to have it listed by package and promo code but the problem is there are so many different combinations of package and promo codes, that it's easy to have a mismatch which gives the owner inaccurate info. I just had to vent, thanks for reading

    Dude seriously needs to simplify his system. Consolidate same/similar packages and make a system (or better one) for generating promo codes. Eesh.
