I hate it when people (customers) tell me to smile. If I want to smile I will...but not when I am forced to do so.
Our old ASM got on my friend's case after he had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and told him to smile regardless of his surgery. His quote was "when you see a customer your smile is to be so wide that it would put the Grand Canyon to shame."
