Today, I had a customer call in wanting to know where their container was being stored and how to get into it at the storage facility. While I'm asking the gentleman the basic info-PIN #, stuff like that-his wife is yelling in the background, and at one point jumps on the phone and cusses me out.
The gentleman did tell his wife that I was helping them, and to chill out. He was cool. The three things I thought-who took a whiz in your cornflakes, lady? Dude, I feel sorry for you living with that. And, I'm sure glad I'm a bachelor.
And people wonder why like cats.
