I don't usually post about my sucky customer run ins, but I've had more than a few lately. I work as an office manager for a plumbing company. Think of a Roto-Rooter kind of company, but with actual licensed plumbers

Too many morons complaining about invoices after we do the service. Damn it people, if you don't trust the people who are on site to make the decisions then be there yourself. Had a landlord/surgeon get his nose out of joint because technically speaking a plumber can make more money. Well take that up with the government surgery boy. Just because you're a snob doesn't change the fact that the trades make good money. Perhaps you should have taken a different profession?
I'm not even going to go into the husbands that basically call us thieves because we take advantage of their wives being home with the kids.
We tell them the price UP FRONT! Before we do the work. Take it up with your wife, not us.
