I baaaaaaaag alot. Hundreds of times a night. There are times when it bothers me.

1: Bagging milk. It has a handle:
However, I'm alot less annoyed now after getting several reasons why some people wanted it bag.

2: People who want a bag for a freaking candy bar!

3: The people who freak out when a cop is in the store, and wants their 18 pack of beer completly bagged by bags, and since they are one size, small mind you, the edges will rip. Its not illegal to carry 18 packs. Its not illegal to carry 12 packs, nor 6 packs. Its not even illegal to have a single can of beer now. It IS illegal to have an OPEN container however.

4: People who only wants several items in one bag. When I warn them that it'll break and I HEAVY recomend a double bag, they refuse. When the bag breaks out in the parking lot, they come in and yell and want a replacement for everything.

On a side note, I hate how customers will bring up a bunch of stuff to my counter, drop it off, I start ringing it up, and they wander off to get more. Put it to the freaking side! I have like a 2 feet counter of empty space! Don't put in front of the register so that other people have a hard time!

As stated by many others, we have reasons for wanting our handled jugs to be in bags. In my case, it's because I only want to make a single trip from my car to my kitchen. If it's not in a bag, that's one less thing I can string over my forearm to lug up the stairs.

Our local grocery store is a bag it yourself operation, which is fine by me, because I know how I want things to go. And sometimes (when I remember to pack the Costco bags in the trunk) I will use very few bags because I'm going to pack it in the reusable when I get to the car.

I wish more people would figure out that if you put the heaviest stuff out first, and the light stuff last, it's just that much easier to pack into the cart when you're done, since you'll want to put the heavy stuff on the bottom.

I always bag my groceries if I forget my reusable bags. I find that otherwise I end up with twice as many bags as I need (chips, bread, and eggs have ended up in their own individual bag). That can be a pain when I'm dragging the bags across the parking lot, through a door, and up a set of stairs to my apartment. I'm also someone who wants my gallon of milk bagged, for the same reason.

I've found that cashiers will go to extra lengths to fill up my reusable bags all the way. This is especially nice because my reusable bags are much bigger than a normal plastic bag, so I normally get away with three full reusable bags, which makes my life much easier.

I can't imagine just dumping my groceries on the counter and then redoing everything. How like an EW to do so.
