It's not being drunk, it's how drunk... Are you drunk enough to cause trouble when someone complains about you trying to charge them twice? Are you drunk enough to give two of the same beers in a sampler? Are you drunk enough that you really have no clue where you are?

If you answered yes to any of the above, it's a no-no...
