So, this woman comes in, and she gives me her discount card. I scan it, and it says that it expired at the end of November. She says that she renewed it in Oneonta, NY-now, we are nowhere near there, being in NW CT-and that it should be renewed.
Of course, she has no proof of this, and gets mad that we won't just take her at her word, and give her the discount anyway. Since the discount cards cost $25, both of my managers (hey Scott if you're reading this), deny her too. She gets really huffy, and says things like "are you calling me a liar?" and "you don't believe me that I did this?"
