    You'll get that in the phone centers too. My answer was 'Long enough to know all the policies and procedures'.

    Though I always wanted to tell them: Long enough to know you're not going to get what you want!
    Make a list of important things to do today.
    At the top of your list, put 'eat chocolate'
    Now, you'll get at least one thing done today

      One of our customers always tries to bring out the time card.

      "How long have you been there? I've been a customer of yours for longer than you've been there."

      I've primed our credit control team to ask if she's been avoiding paying us for all that time next time she tries that one.
