I know that tone. That tone makes my blood boil. I got that tone on Black Friday when this lady wanted me to use the same coupon for her purchase and her friend's purchase. She literally told me that I shouldn't care if my till was short (probably because I'm an insignificant wage slave and who cares if i lose my job?).
