...He said "No, I'm a guy, so I can't get breast cancer."
Tell that to Peter Criss, original drummer of Kiss.

I remember my dad (got a head wound in WWII) saying, "the boy cat has nipples. It must be giving milk to some kittens." Though he did have good advise about things, like, if you see you are about to pass your exit, don't change lanes without looking to get to your exit; you can always take the next exit and u-turn." Granted, we live in HOuston where exits are close to each other.

Speaking of food, Del Taco left Tx (I guess tx, don't see any around Houston) but I found some in Ca. I was happy but confused about them selling hambergers and hotdogs and such.

Talking about Haiti, a really nice lady (the things she goes out of her way to do for old folk, infirmed and such folks) was saying how money from the (I won't mention where, though it's not the US) shouldn't go to Haiti since they practice VooDoo. No, really, she is a nice lady. But maybe everyone should have a quirk...um, Bottons, you giving milk to kittens?
Time! Time! Time is what turns kittens into cats.

Don't teach me a lesson; all I learn is that you are an asshole.

      I wish porn had subtitles.

We've still got a Del Taco in Austin over on Lamar. If you have a craving I mean.

I don't mind the donations at the counter thing. I really like that HEB lets me snag one of those little bar code coupons to add to my order, it makes it easier to donate. Are the Haiti donations set up the same as the Food Bank donations that way?

I used to work for the American Cancer Society (*many* years ago) in the call center. Every now and then I had to take a number and call someone back because I didn't have the requested information right on hand. Discovered that if I didn't get the person who had called in originally with a question I had a roughly 50% chance of being yelled out and hung up on. They just assumed I was asking for a donation before I said anything more then my name.

The Ugly responses to the charity question reminds me of the Skeevy Creep from when I worked at the movie theater.

The theater was collecting donations for the Jimmy Fund, to help children with cystic fibrosis. If you donated $2, you got a little gold heart pin. So we're asking people if they want to donate some of their change to the Fund, and going on.

Up walks the Creep. He buys his ticket, and then this exchange happens.

CW: Would you like to donate some of your change to help children with cystic fibrosis?
SKC: No, they're all dead anyway. (walks off)

We were horrified, and wanted to ban his creepy, skeevy ass right then and there. Alas, banishment would not come until a few weeks later.
