Damn! That is hard to read!

Apparently, from what I could make out, Heidi was born in Crusted Butt Colorado?

*shudder* Looks like a candidate for this site: http://webpagesthatsuck.com/
I might have to submit that. Almost forgot about WPTS.

Musician's sites are extremely bad for this. They'll have less content then wikipedia and ten times as much useless garbage.
Musicians might be bad about having too much flash, but I find that for overall viewability, photographers are even worse. Most of them have very little content, just their portfolio (which I agree is important, but if you're being hired for a wedding, you might want to put a blurb which explains that you understand what a wedding is, to differentiate yourself from the ones who try to take pictures at the wedding). And when trying to view the portfolio it frequently requires that one opens each picture and then close it again.

Even the web designer my church hired (who thought that scrolling text was a wonderful thing) knew that rule that fewer clicks is better.

Those are the afore-mentioned QR codes.

The only place I've ever seen them or seen them mentioned in the US (other than threads like this one) is a T-shirt that Think Geek was giving away for a while.

See this - this would make sense.

This woman wanted people to be able to TOUCH the name of her company with their finger and have the website magically appear on the newspaper itself. I wish I was joking. I made her explain this to me three times just so I could figure out if she was serious.

          She was.
