Hip Hop Drunkenly is actually hilarous. But to be avoided at all costs.

Irish jigs? Yar, that'd be me. Thank goodness I keep my drunk nights in a room, away from people. =P

During the opening to the Olympics, the... uh... reporters interviewed one of the people who carried the torch, and she apparently went through Nunavut...

I saw that segment...it kind of hit me in the middle of it that it might not have been a nighttime segment, they were probably doing all that in the middle of the afternoon and it was pitch black outside this time of year...

HAHAHA! Now YOU get to suffer the throngs of horrid, stupid tourists that seem to follow the Olympics about like an unrelenting PLAGUE of idiocy.

                      Sorry...

…..right, how much does a ticket to Nunavut cost?.
Well...interesting thing about Nunavut that I wish to enlighten your readers - especially those new to the board..

It's primary inhabitants are the Inuit, who formed the Inuit Tapirisat of Canada in 1971. It was created as "voice of the north" to press for land settlement. They successfully achieved a self-governing territory, Nunavut, which was created in 1991. The settlement involved a payment of $500 million (which apparently is their budget for pink camo and fabulous clothing articles they purchase from our friend, Gravekeeper) and 350,000 square kilometers of land in the Canadian Artic.

This land makes up 1/5 of Canada. The population is 29,000 (20,000 Inuit) Transporation - no roads connect to Nunavut. You fly from Edmonton connect via First Air, Canadian North, Air Inuit, or Calm Air to Yellowknife, where charters are available to Nunavut.

                        For tourism info: www.NunavutTourism.com

(I'm in a Native American Studies class this semester, and the chapter I just read covered the First Nations of Canada and the Inuit and their land of Nunavut was covered)
