Yesterday, a customer complained that our store was the worst. She complained that we didn't have items she wanted so she got something else. She even accused my service desk coworker of walking away from her. It turned out that the coworker was doing something for another customer that was there first.
She ended up returning a few items while complaining to the store director about how bad the service in the store is. She wasn't happy about having to wait at the service desk for someone to show up.
