I'm really hoping we can refuse to serve him, too, but I'm not holding my breath. Corporate bigwigs don't get what happens at the store level most of the time, and apparently with sales numbers dropping all over the company, they're wanting us to go that extra smidge of a mile to make people happy. I will try, but n situations like this, why bother?

Lupo, the moment a customer starts being abusive for any reason, they are no longer a customer and you no longer have to service them. You are ALWAYS within your power to walk away from jerks like that.
