I use two voices at my hotel.
1. The "Customer Service" voice. This is the one that's high pitched. I use it when answering phones mainly.
2. Then there's my frank voice. It's a little bit lower than my speaking voice. I use it to convey information clearly and without confusion. It's also my "I don't put up with your bullshit" voice.
