  • Sucky family harassed disabled man!!!

I was in the security vehicle doing my rounds and was approaching a crosswalk. I saw a guy with 2-older teenagers (all looked really trailer-trash like, but that's insulting to trailers!) walking backwards yelling at an older man in a car sitting in a handicap space. The guy was yelling "you don't talk to my boys like that! I'll drag you right out of that car and beat the crap out of you!" The boys had these...sneers on their faces like hungry rats. I pulled-up and asked the guy what was wrong. He said the man in the vehicle had threatened his boys and NOBODY talks to his boys like that! They went into the store and I went over the the other car.

I was...shocked and upset when I saw that the man had a serious facial disfigurement. I don't know if it was from injury or illness, but his nose and part of his cheek was missing and though healed, was very red and raw.

This poor guy was sitting in his car waiting for his wife because people get scared of him when he goes shopping Well, the guy who was yelling's twat-licking-donkey-raping-inbred-offspring had been making fun of the gentleman sitting in his car as they walked by! Pointing, laughing and saying "OMG LOOKAT HIS FACE!" He told them he hadn't asked for this and to mind their own business, which is when father-of-the-year stepped-in. The gentleman said he'd be MORE than happy to take daddy on!

I told the gentleman that he certainly didn't deserve that and gave him the security number, telling him if the father threatened him again I'd handle him, and for him to just not initiate anything. I was RIGHTEOUS ANGRY! I then hung-out in the parking lot until the gentleman's wife returned and they left. We talked a bit and I recommended some information he might want to look-up on the computer for help. He didn't seem to know that there was reconstruction and latex prosthetics available for that type of thing; I hope it will be an option for him.

I just felt so bad for him not feeling welcome in society. I want to cry when I think how he probably doesn't go out to dinner, or the movies, or out with his family. His problem was not something a simple surgical mask, scarf or anything would have covered. And the fact that daddy-dearest defended and condoned his kids' remarks is even worse!

This is a case where I hope Darwin takes out the two ill-bred cum stains and their worthless dad. How horrible to make fun of people!

I do seem to recall an article out of The Onion titled "Asshole father proud of asshole son" or some such.

Sometimes The Onion is not fictional.

I leave you with that thought.

Thank you for suggesting the reconstructive surgery, medical makeup, etc.

You know how there's all the Klingon and Cardassian and so forth masks and stuff that the entertainment industry uses? For some of those people, making a 'normal face' prosthesis is a fun challenge!

I volunteered in a hospital once. For one day. I saw a woman there who was missing her nose and part of her cheek. (still cant get the image out of my head...hope I can sleep tonight)

I'm pretty sure she had cancer of some sort. At the time, I was helping a nun deliver coffee and cookies to patients who were allowed the treats. We walked into the room and neither of us were prepared for it. It was all I could do to just continue to smile and offer her some cookies.

The smell was pretty bad too. (I dont think the woman was doing very well, but she was allowed food and drink by mouth, so she might not have been too bad)

It was that experience that put me off of ever volunteering in a hospital again...and probably keeps me from visiting sick relatives too. I hate hospitals now more than anything, and I'd been comfortable in them before. (my dad is a nurse anesthetist and I grew up visiting him at work) Now when I have to be a patient (I have MS) I dont want to be anywhere near a hospital if I can help it.

I just cannot imagine anyone wanting to make fun of anyone like that. It was so sad to see. Hopefully those kids and their sperm donor dont continue to contaminate the gene pool for much longer.

Agreed. Those people show yet another reason to chlorinate the gene pool
              Arp happens!

Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today.

You can't wonder the kids are like that, with that kind of example. How does the saying go? - 'The apple doesn't fall far from the tree'.

In their case it sounds like the apples didn't even fall.

Some people just have no class at all. They'll get what's coming to them, and hopefully soon!

Well, sadly, I guess if those kids had been raised by a better man (or even raised at all), they would most likely not be the sorts of "people" that think this is okay.

And I'm sure dickless was more than happy to "take on" a disabled man that he thought would not be able to fight back.

I really don't know how people like this can even stand to face themselves in the mirror every morning. And I don't even mean that in the cliche sense. I don't know how they are not stricken with unbearable shame.

I know I'd probably do a double take when I'd see something like that but I would not in a million years make fun of someone like that. For all we know, his face was blown off as he was trying to save his platoon or something. Who knows. I think there is a special place in hell for people that make fun of or abuse disabled people.

Those people deserve to have all of their faces half blown off...but live....and put in the middle of a town square where people can point and laugh at them...and see how THEY like it. An eye for an eye I say.

I very rarely wish actual harm upon others... oh sure I may grumble that I hope someone gets hit by a bus once in a while, but I'd feel horrid if it actually happened.

In this case though... I hope those boys and their father receive some sort of disfiguring accident and have to suffer the jeers of others. But I'm sure the man would not have wanted that.
