Cell phone people are beyond rude. The one's that say "one second" to whomevr they're talking to and then speak to you and pay attention are only slightly annoying, but the ones that act like YOU are interrupting/inconvenencing THEM are worse... and worst of all are the ones who don't even acknowledge you, except to hand you money.
Last time I was at the bank, my phone rang just as I got to the teller. I answered, said, "I'm at the bank, call you back, bye." and promptly hung up. The teller STARED and then said "Thank you, you are the first person I've seen actually do that this week." Poor woman
