The Raincheck Customer

Yesterday, one of the checkers got a customer who had a raincheck for another grocery store. I informed the customer that we couldn't accept the coupon and she started getting argumentive. She insisted that she got the raincheck at the store she was currently in. Eventually, she realized that she made a mistake and that the raincheck was for another store.
