This scent was attached to a portly beer chugging boar of a man with no perceptible neck, chin or dignity.
This sounds suspiciously like a regular who frequents a bar in Langley I used to work in... (particularly the FOOKIN) I think his handle was moose? ox? At any rate a large smelly beast of burden... Was there a glaring absence of front teeth by any chance?

Not sure, I don't think you're suppose to look boars in the eyes, lest they charge. So I kept my head down and tried not to make any loud noises or sudden movements.

It was the same with that particular bar's patrons...

oh! what you saw was a "cyber goth" its a relatively new style of gothic dress that uses leather, bright neon colors, many layers and leg covers (not always furry) the stuff in her hair was plastic tubes. it's all done for a crazy acid like end of the world look. at least it wasn't the type that wear the tricked out gas masks.

Let me just say that as a lifelong resident of Georgia, I don't think you are too far off in your GA Power discription. It would answer most of my questions regarding that company. Thanks for solving the mystery.
I'm just going to second this, being in Georgia as well and having my light dim several times a day...

And GK: While I love your posts, and your writing style, I can only hope it gets better for you. Though the Clit Commander did have me nearly fall off the bed laughing.

Ah, it's nice to see that the crap costumes I put together out of scraps of clothes and fabric when I was 12 is now a fashion style.

And, yes, I did put together odd costumes like that when I was little.
