Not really sucky so much as just really depressing and a bit odd.
Had a guy come in while I was chatting with a lovely couple from Michigan and when another guest heard where they were from he decided to tell us all a story. Apparently he puts together benefit events for police officers who have died in the line of duty and he just recently organized a golf tournament for one there.
That alone is commendable enough, and really wouldn't have been an issue at all, the problem is that he didn’t stop there. He went one to tell us about how many events that he has done in that state, didn’t really say what the events were but he did tell us the cause of death for about a dozen officers
