This woman sounds infuriating. Going to your kid preschool but refusing to interact with them citing it's not your problem. Laying down on play mats and causing disturbances. Sounds like she needs a preschool more than her children do.

Oh, and about the puberty thing...my son is 9 months old and gets erections. Not a sexual thing but most boys get erections loooong before girls get breasts.

But seriously folks...you should tell the mother its good to encourage the twins to do things separate or else they will end up being those creepy twins who never talk to anybody else and can't function if they are alone. I'm guessing she wants them to remain together so that she doesn't have to be bothered to visit more then one room when she comes by.
