Yesterday, a customer came to the service desk to claim the frying pan that he got a call about. He mentioned that it was under his wife's name and we ended up finding it and I got out the frying pan.
I asked the customer if he had the stickers and he told me he didn't. I told him that he needed the stickers to get the frying pan. He told me that I should've mentioned that when he was called. I told him that I wasn't the one who called him and he ended up leaving without the frying pan which I put back.
