I am talking to a customer and run through his account details with him, including what I can do about his problem, according to the type of account he has.
The customer insists I have altered his account from an expensive one to a middle of the range one while speaking to him, meaning that he won't get the service he wants.
Unfortunately for him, although he can insist this all he likes, this information is held on a security screen which I can read, but have no way of accessing.
Unless I altered it by magic...........oh, and also altered all the information on his bank statements about his monthly payments, and all the paperwork backing up the transactions...........I am really very clever.
