You're a relay operator? That was one of my first jobs and it was terrible. Then again I rarely got real relay phone calls since I worked grave in my call center. Swing wasnt a bad shift, actual calls from deaf/hoh people. I'm nostalgic about the job, but I don't think I have the patience for it anymore

They've made it so that everyone who uses relay has to register, first, to cut down a lot on the scamming.

It doesn't stop it, as Se's posts show, but it does slow it down quite a lot.
