OT: I went to South Dakota in summer of 2005, and we went to a fancy restaurant. It was like a new-age thing, bright colors, square plates, not much on the menu except for fish, sandwiches, and the buffalo meat specialties. I saw something called a "Pulled Pork Sandwich", so I thought I'd try it. To my surprise, it was a big, messy, onion-laden, delicious barbecue sandwich, complete with ghetto-ass bun. That proves that somethimes the best things are the classics.
