Every holiday weekend, I get screwed. I work Sundays. I'm the ONLY person who works Sundays. No one else will cover my Sunday for me so I can actually enjoy a holiday weekend for once, because they don't want to ruin THEIR 3 day weekend. So I was in Chicago for Friday & Saturday, had to come back Saturday night to work Sunday... for a lousy 4 phone calls.
Some days I hate my job. Actually... I hate my selfish coworkers. I'll cover ANY day for them, but try to get Mother's Day off or the sunday of Memorial Day Weekend or Labor Day Weekend, and everyone is "busy" and can't help out.
