Ok so my day goes as thus.
Get in new system not work for orders, use old system (I just got promited and this system changed a little when taking orders now play 101 gueses on what to do).
Take call old system crashes in the middle of the order. Tell the customer I am very sorry and for him to call back latter. He understands and will do so.
Get off the phone talk to sup. I'm not the only one, try restrating computer he tells me. As some people the system is still working for.
Ok new system comes back but not for long and goes down again.
Back to old system.
Oh and in the new system online orders are going to this now has been have problems big time people are getting error messiges. I have to take lots of calls on this. Some people seem to think if they resend the order it will fix it
, it does not they call me. I tell them that you have 2 orders out there and I can not cancle it.
SC's calls in he left his $500.00 fish finder/ sonar out in his not covered boat in the rain. He says it should be water tight. I don't know I don't fish.
SC I need to return this item. It has a worentty on it. (With reason above)

ME Yes we do but this needs to go to the MFG first if they don't help you, you can call back and speak with cust service. But fist you need to talk to the MFG.

ME well I see that as haveing 1 year
SC NO Thats not right I was told 2 years, have you ever heard of a $500 item only haveing a 1 year I was told 2 when I bought it.
