There's a video on TruTV where an officer pulls over a weaving vehicle and it's an unlicensed kid being taught how to drive by her mother. But kid doesn't have her permit yet. Officer tries to explain that she has to have a license before she can be taught to drive on public roads and the mother argues "But I pay my taxes, I have a right to teach her how to drive on these roads!" She just didn't seem to understand the whole driving permit thing either. Disturbingly enough, she was also teaching the kid to drive in a school zone. Sigh.
