If you think they'll punish the girls for going to the authorities, tell them and go anyway. Document that you told them (fax or email) and then report to the authorities. If they punish the girls for that, get a lawyer and teach the company a thing or two about sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

A rule I always live by when dealing with managers and other higher-ups is to make sure you always have stuff in writing. Dated, preferably.

Giving the socks back afterwards however, means that he wants to see the womens reactions and could very well escalate to peeping/flashing or worse. This is a serious incident and any half-way decent manager would treat it as such.

Yeah once the other girl told her manager the head of security and the GM were reviewing security footage within about 5 minutes. The problem is that the guy hasn't asked anyone for any more socks and none of the girls have seen him again (with 800+ units the rest of us are useless with only a description to go on). All of the security gaurds have the best still that they could get from the footage and instructions to detain him until the police arrive but chances are he was either only here for a short stay or he waited until the end of his stay and he is gone.

No details on what is going on with the manager who did nothing, he is still here but the GM changed color when he heard that a manager had been told over 24 hours prior so I'm sure something will be done, chances are nobody will be told about it though.

Also all of our Russian summer workers are getting trained on what is going above and beyond to make the guest happy vs. what is not okay for someone to ask of you.
