Victoria is the capital of Bristish Columbia, and is located on Vancouver Island. Vancouver is the largest city in BC, and is located on the mainland. The ferry from the mainland to the island takes about 2 hours.
I'll probably never hear what happens to Guy 1 and Guy 2 as I had absolutely no involvement in their being arrested asides from the fact it happened 10 feet from where I was working. I did make sure to give the officers my name and contact info in case the guys try to claim the cops were anything less than completely professional, or if they charge guy 2 for assaulting an officer I'd be happy to testify as a witness.
