I'm starting to get this a little bit, too. We just opened our store not even two weeks ago, and it pretty much says so on our doors. Haven't even had a "grand opening" yet. Now, granted, the employees all actually had to put every item on every shelf before we opened. They didn't have other grunt workers come in and do it for us. So some of us know certain isles like the back of our hand. I can tell you exactly how many kinds of hamster treats we carry, and exactly where they are. But don't get pissy if I'm not 100% sure that we carry your specific chosen brand of dog toothpaste. Sorry, but I might actually have to go check on that one. We carry more than 10,000 items, and nobody's been here long enough to figure out what a fraction of them all are.
