What do you have to do to get banned?

I know how you feel. Unfortunately, if a business loses enough money, then the people in charge kind of panic and will do anything to get that money back.

I used to work in a store my sister owned. It was a great little shop, but didn't always pull in enough cash. This made her do some dealing with some customers that I'm pretty sure hurt our sales in the long run and contributed to the store finally shutting down for good. She was so desperate to make a sale she undercut herself over and over again just so someone would buy something.

I don't get the logic in letting one crazy maniac scare everyone who is sane away for the sake of business. Seems to me that if a store gets a reputation for being a safe place to shop, there would be better customers and more business.
