While working at on of the daycares once, there was one bathroom that was for adults only due to regulations and laws and such that was right by the entryway. There was one day where I allowed a child in it, and that's when he got extremely car sick and had already thrown up all inside our van. So, yeah, there are "special circumstances" where rules may have to be broken. Lady needs to learn that.
