This guy must have stuck his finger in the light socket one too many times (before they shut the power off, that is!). His brain is fried.

and yeah... it's funny how some people go into rage-mode even faster when you're polite to them.
but they bring it upon themselves too

Was it a sig quote here...? I recall seeing one mentioning the speaker's glee at (paraphrased) "allowing irate people to smash head-first into [speaker's] wall of polite indifference"...

          Yes, it is.

I don't recall to whom it belongs, but they're a fairly regular poster, because I recall seeing the sig recently.

Hehehe I've always done that to people. Nothing torques them off more...than if you're polite to them. The ruder they get, the nicer you get. My feeling is, if some asshole wants to give themselves a heart attack over a box of cereal/not having 'net service/parking space/etc. then I'm only too happy to oblige

Indeed. I been polite to a few of the more verberal attackers.

Once I was calmly eating my chips while the maniac was screaming his head off at me for daring to charge him for his soda when it should be free.

Naturally when I was calling the cops, he was screaming that I was a thief, and then he threw the soda he wanted so badily at me, before storming out.

Cops said not to call them unless he attacked.

Throwing a soda at you isn't considered an attack?
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.
