Many times, when I order something right in the restaurant, they go ahead and place it in a bag, even when I don't say "to go." Maybe they just want to save on washing a tray, I dunno. Sometimes it makes me feel like they're trying to rush me out of there, but that could just be my own interpretation when I'm feeling down.
