Hey, there was a time in my final year of school where we (group of friends I was part of) would order a pizza (or 3) for lunch and have it delivered bang on time. The principal complained about it just the once. He then noticed half of the student council were in the classroom eating pizza, told us to tidy up after ourselves and walked out.

We always tipped the driver well too. Always take care of the people bringing you food and drink.

      Regarding the first story:

I would have told her something to the effect of "You were told by (guy who took her order) that we don't take large bills. You have 3 options: 1) Pay with lower denominations as you were told. 2) Reject the pizza delivery and get blacklisted for fraud. 3) Admit your stupidity and tell me to keep the change since I deserve it for dealing with your annoying ass."

      Regarding the second story:

I would have told that asshat something along the lines of "Yep. You were quoted a 40 min delivery time. You called in the order at 11:42pm. It's 12:12am. That's 30 minutes. You have absolutely no reason to be upset. I'll come back in 9 minutes and 59 seconds if you'd like or you can take the pizza and pay me a 25% tip for delivering this pizza to you 25% faster than the agreed time. Better yet, if you want a pizza faster than 30 mins, call ahead and then get your lazy ass up off the couch and come get it!"

      Regarding the third story:

Misdemeanor theft of time/wages/product? Call police?

actually the customer did NOT inform us at the time the order was placed that all they had was $50 bill. if they had we would have told them NO NO $50 bills allowed for that small of an order

Yes I have walked away from a residence with the pizza/order because of a large bill for a small order.

and NO we can not blacklist/ban them (I really wish we could). I work for one of the Big 3 pizza companies and they (at least my franchise) will NOT blacklist/ban someone for ANY reason

the second story: Yeah AGAIN I wish I could say something to that effect to a customer but I can not as per our policies and rules of conduct.

Third story: possibly theft but we know the address now and the "number"
I'm lost without a paddle and headed up SH*T creek.

Any reason? Even if they rob or assault an employee? I wouldn't want to work for a company that unconcerned about my safety.

Sorry, my bad man, I misread your story. I thought you said she was told by the guy who took the order before you showed up there. Still would have tried to keep the bill for a tip tho since she was being annoying! lol

Again, ouch. I'm sorry to hear that man. I hope they pay you well enough to put up with that kind of crap.

There's a neat site that you can go to in order to reverse search the address to get the phone number... If you want that info, let me know and I'll priv message you the site. Same offer goes to anyone else who's interested.

It's easy to modify the caller ID info nowadays.
