    As far as the hot-tub guy, who didn't have his card on him, there was a time when I could have gotten away with that. Somehow I managed to memorize my entire card number, and I placed quite a few online orders without even having to get it out. Then one day my card got hijacked, and they had to cancel it and issue me a new one, with a different number.
    Sometimes life is altered.
    Break from the ropes your hands are tied.
    Uneasy with confrontation.
    Won't turn out right. Can't turn out right

          Was he really using a cell phone? Or is that just assumed? He could have been using a land line, but those are low voltage and still wouldn't have shocked any sense into him if he dropped it into the hot tub.

            Based on the audio quality, I'm about 90% sure it was a cell. You're right though, it could have just been a really, really, bad land line.
