So he has to be to his probation officer's office in two hours and there are three people in line ahead of him. What on Earth was he in such a hurry for? I highly doubt that it was going to take an average of 40 minutes per person to help each person in front of him.

What was his issue? He was acting as if he had to return the DVD as a condition of his probation. LOL

Probably had to return the money for cab fare, which *might* also explain the hurry to get going.

Still doesn't explain the rudeness of cutting in front of three other people. Management would have heard it from me if some criminal was allowed to line jump ahead of law-abiding citizens. If the person had asked nicely to move to the front of the line, I may have been persuaded to allow it, but only if the people behind me agreed.

Whenever I have 1 important thing and 2 unimportant things to do you can be sure the important thing will be done first. But then again, I'm a rational individual who understands that I'm responsible for my time budgeting.

Lemme guess, you're also liable for the speeding tickets she'll be getting too, because now she's late and has no choice but to hurry!
Are you sure it's a good idea to give these tools ideas?
I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my keister!
