Minion - A more important Henchman. Somebody who protects, does as ordered, and works for somebody normally without pay.
Leashed Minion - Most Minions are a bit wild, and prone to attack if the least little threat is detected. Even if the threat is only in the Minion's mind. The Leashed Minion, does not attack until ordered. Though they still will throw themselves in harms way, orders or no, to protect their 'boss'.
It is not a leashed minion's place to question the bosses order. They say 'follow this person's orders also' the minion does so. Please note there is a lot of differences between a Minion and a pet or sub.
