1/2. you suck because you don't allow freeloading-awesome.
3. you suck because you charge for things that are chargeable-also awesome.
4. you suck because you can't force places that have no relationship beyond providing food to your hotel to stay open-you sir, are my hero.

A guy called up saying I had the "worst customer service ever" because he wanted to pay $40 for a room that was $73 and I wasn't "working with him" when I refused.

Unless you're near an Insomnia Cookies. They delivery milk and cookies (as well as brownies and cupcakes) until 2AM.

There used to be a truck for them near me (sort of...)

Those two aren't customers but freeloaders, therefore it can't be customer service.
I hope you explained that to them.

If you were to tell that to management, they would say but they are potential customers and should be treated just like customers....

OR you don't want them to talk bad about you to others, which is why my manager pays off scammers to keep them coming back and affecting our customer satisfaction program because we aren't supposed to reward our paying customers.

5.You don't personally tuck the guests in with milk and cookies,which,ironically, do not get delivered past midnight by any location.

I stayed in a hotel which almost did that last month. Not the tuck-in, but they had free milk & cookies in the lounge from 8-10 every night. So awesome.
