Our solar system is commonly referred to in many science fiction works as the Sol System. This is not specific to Captain Picard, but in the Trek universe, our solar system is commonly referred to as the Terran System. That's usually the reference given in the Dark Mirror episodes and storylines. Our solar system is also called Sector 001 in the Trek universe, primarily by the Borg.
