SC logic: Who put this barricade up here? Now I can't get to where I want to go! As soon as I finish dismantling it, ....

I remember having to wax floors for the then-new Science building when I worked for a certain University in Michigan located in the Flint area.
I'd admit waxing during class hours isn't the best idea, but it wasn't my call. Still, no amount of signs, barricading, caution tape, or cones prevented some of the students from wanting to have freshly waxed soles...
