I wasn't even there and I feel the urge to pummel that "mother" in the face with a sledgehammer. I have to agree that the poor kid probably did sustain a very bad head injury. Little kids cry over nothing sometimes, so when one stops crying after falling on their head along with the unfocused eyes, that is bad. I cry when I bash my head on something and I'm an adult (one with a low pain threshold, but still...).
And I guarantee the mother didn't go to the hospital because she has some other trivial shit to do. Another stellar parent who likely views their child as an accessory rather than a living person.
