This guy wrote us an email and I know it was just a moment of grammatical stupidity, but I live everyday wishing it could come true.

"I got a coupon from online and when I went to the store the cashier started to ask some personal questions, like my phone number... I got so upset, I decided not to live, she made me feel realy unconfortable in front of other costumers. I end up not using my coupon because of her umprofessionalism."

Some of those coupon sites require you to register, provide a valid email address, and some even require age and birthdate. Glad he was offended by a phone#.

Ya know, I find myself wondering how 'costumers' always seem to get dredged through the mud by SC's.

If you look at the way he writes, he seems to get sloppier as he goes along with his complaint. My guess is that just by writing about his experience he began to shake and start mumbling to himself, maybe with a spot of drool on his chin, causing his script to become ever less clear and ever more put him into the dimension of his SC existence.
