This is, to date, the most baffling SC encounter I've ever had. I was serving this man, and as well as his petrol he'd picked up a chocolate bar. Now at the moment, there's a special offer on certain chocolate bars, so naturally I told him about it. His response?
"That's extremely rude. *cat butt face* I won't have this after all *throws chocolate on the floor* and I won't ever come back here."
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? All I did was tell him he could save some money.
I don't understand how that could possibly be seen as being rude. My collegue Jim was just as confused as me, and promised to back me if the SC complained.
Has anyone else had an SC encounter that completely confused them?
