  • SC drinks to prepare to check into hotel rooms. Tonight she is very prepared.

    *Cookies for reference*

This SC had already checked in before I got to work. I just had to deal with her after coming back to the hotel after a bender with her friends. So at about 1:30 in the morning SC comes up to the desk with her friends behind. The friends weren't really that sucky.

SC: DO YOU HAVE ANY SMOKING ROOMS?
Me: You need to keep your voice down. People are trying to sleep.
SC: WELL FUCK YOU. I NEED A SMOKING ROOM.
SCF to SC: Seriously, be quiet. Otherwise you won't get any room.
SC: YOU HAVE TO SERVE ME.
Me: No I don't. In fact I'm not checking you in.

SCF decides that they're just going to all stay in SCF's room. They make some noise on their way up. I go catch up to them.

Me: I already told you you need to keep your voice down.
SC: I'M GOING TO MY ROOM.

*Stumbles to room but not without crashing into walls and doors*

Me to SCF: I'm going to warn you right now. If I get even 1 noise complaint because of your friend, I'm going to have to ask you all to leave.

It's almost the end of my shift. I think SCF did well enough to keep SC in control.
To right the countless wrongs of our days... We shine this light of true redemption, that this place may become as paradise...Oh, what a wonderful world such would be...

It sounds like you need a drink instead, to recover from that dumbbunny.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.

Hero: I know how you feel
Had a lady come in from the drag show 2 weeks ago making so much noise on THIRD i could hear her in the LOBBY. And that's a damn feat.
So when you ask them to be quiet. you get "I'm going to my room" Or "I paid for my room."

I always tell them when they use the second, "That might be, but so did everyone else. So the noise stays down or I'll kick YOU out to make 61 rooms HAPPY!"

She probably passed out once she got into the room and the only noise she made from then on was snoring.
When you start at zero, everything's progress.
