      That is just a question you shouldn't ask unless it is right after the woman has told you that she is pregnant. You never know what could be going on, she could just carry her weight there, she could have a GI problem that causes lots of bloating, it could be a tumor, she could have some massive complications that make the pregnancy a very touchy subject. You just never know so do not bring the subject up.
